Alright stop, collaborate, and listen, Crest is back with a brand new invention…
Four weeks ago, I put Crest Sensi-Stop Strips to the test on my super-sensitive postpartum teeth and promised you all an update on how the strips perform. Well, the test results are in! It’s been a crazy four weeks full of sleepless nights with little time to maintain basic hygiene, so I am very happy to say that the Crest Sensi-Stop Strips did their part and protected my ailing teeth from, well, me and my bad habits. Go Crest! The strips performed the strongest in the first two weeks after application and continued to provide relief over the following two weeks. I plan on doing a re-application shortly because I am starting to feel some of the sensitivity again.
Now that my teeth are no longer killing me, I can enjoy all of the no-no foods I couldn’t enjoy before, like ice cream and Starbursts (technically neither of these items is “food” but whatevs). That being said, since I am two months postpartum, I should continue to limit these so-called foods and attempt to get back to my normal, not-insane body.
In addition, since I am prone to sensitive teeth, it’s best that I continue to avoid food and beverages that are high in acid content, like pizza and wine, which can soften teeth enamel. But, there are some things I am just not willing to part with and wine is necessary for survival with a newborn. So I will continue to enjoy a glass of Chardonnay and, when I need them, I know that Crest Sensi-Stop Strips will be there to help me fight the resulting pain.
