Poor communication skills, demands that parents drop their child(ren) off and pick them up at the same exact time everytday when a child's schedule and work schedules are not always predictable, makes you pay a 2 week deposit so she can be sure to pocket it when she fails to tell you that her vague wording on her contract really means you have contracted your child(ren) to her for a year, she will change her rules all the time (for example she said she followed PG county school closings which we assumed was for snow, but when other things came up like random closing for teach conferences, etc she also decided she wanted to get paid to not work also). She took every chance she could to get paid for not working. I totalled at least 5 weeks of paid vacation she expected because she also took off for all federal holidays. She acted like she was willing to work with families on these rules, but basically that meant if she had nothing better to do. I really could go on about her negative attributes, but I won't waste anymore of my time. I will say I never trusted her from the beginning and should have listened to my gut instict.
