Very poor leadership...directer (Jennifer Hess) is hardly ever there and is very non-accomdating. She'll hear you out, but instead of trying to resolve the problem, will either have a retort for everything you say or stand there going "uh huh uh huh" and never DO anything. She is also very poorly organized. Losing paperwork, permission slips, and not getting vital information out to parents in a reasonable time period before trips, etc. Another thing that also disturbed me is the high turnover rate in employees. Two that I knew personally were actually "driven" away....couldn't stand the director there. To me, that says something strong about the leadership at ANY company. The only positive thing I have to say is that the girls who actually DO the work, do love the kids. Just very poorly managed and I can't deal with that.
